Not at all employee -friendly , will make you work even in your death bed. Will torture you even after resignation, 3 months of notice period will be a hell here. It has been great experience working in PwC India for last 2 years. Overall work culture, job satisfaction and quality of work is really good. Also everyone is very supportive whenever needed. Medical Insurance policy is great though copay is raised to 15% from this year. Hybrid work policy is another key aspects here.
Dislikes
There is always a good learning path in this company but only problem is one might difficulty to extract some times for learn things as work pressure remains constant and high most of the times. Also compensation wise, PwC is renowned but unfortunately last year hike percentage was very bad. Hope this will improve from the coming years.

In the US partner firms, the US engagement team calls the shots and you’re an offshore resource. You do have a say in the decision making process and get to experience the end to end delivery but rarely will be running an entire project on your own. The above varies not just within the PwC teams but also within the individual clientdelivery teams. So your mileage may vary.
