The learning opportunities provide by the organization are great. The organization focuses a lot on an employees learning and career growth. The organization serves a lot of big companies and employees get exposure to work with such great clients. Big clients mean complex situations and new technologies which enhances the aspect of ‘thinking outside the box’ to solve difficult problems.

They don't allow analyst to grow in any way. Every possible politics is done to not promote them. They don't consider analyst have any career. They think analyst are worms that are just existing. They don't give them good work opportunities as well. They are treated as real litters in the organisation from head HR to your team's you work in.

No professionalism. Team managers talk so crass language, makes you feel like you work in a local 3rd class business and not in MNC.

Very bad. And managers even have to audacity to clearly scream and ask what we did on holidays. Or rudely saying to extend throughout the night. Threatened to spoil you promotion. So you no option but to work at whatever time they say.

The firm has very strict policies against any inappropriateness and so the work culture at the firm is positive, friendly and helpful. The higher management at the firm are very supportive and are always open to the feedback.

Dislikes

On certain engagements the work pressure is very high and there is no work life balance. On such projects you will have to work long hours and sometimes on weekends as well.
