Height of politics, biased managers, immoral staff, and no job security even after leaving this company you have to do work hard to get any another job. They hire in bulk and terminate in bulk. Just to fill there records that they hire other states people also, they only kept their own relatives in company. I am still struggling to get new job when this company terminate me due to dirty politics.

Worst Work life balance Forced Weekends working by Director Manager is to much toxic Salary Increment is 3% if you will apply for leave even 5 Months before they will not approve or force you to cancel your plan No Onsite Opportunity It's Big4 but culture is like startup Onshore people (including foreigners employee) will always dominant you even you are Manager and they are associate. Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

Dislikes

We may work with teams in other regions such as US and UK. Sometimes it is difficult to bridge the work culture gap and may feel like a struggle to do so. Initial compensation discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

It's totally depends upon manager, this time I got terrible manager (lady) who is not giving any work to me and if on request of uper manager I received any work then also she asks me to charge half an hour only for individual return which is not fair.
