Despite having access to various technologies, management's approach to learning and development is limited, with decisions often prioritizing company billability to clients over employee growth. The management style is inadequate, with alack of focus on scaling individual employees' competencies. Instead, resources are often burdened with irrelevant training programs. Furthermore, there appears to be a disconnect between the US directors and partners, who seem to be unaware of the actual technology being used. i was a part of pcs florida market, the manager arun ramabhadran and associate pragati pragati have putted me into pip. with no reason. managers are pretending to be the owner of these company. no work life balance no work satisfaction no work management outdated softwares like vdi which works very slow no learning no growing cost cutting is on peak on firm no learning on taxation dept.

It's totally depends upon manager, this time I got terrible manager (lady) who is not giving any work to me and if on request of uper manager I received any work then also she asks me to charge half an hour only for individual return which is not fair.

As far as my team is concerned, the work culture is pathetic, you don't get appreciation or any feedbacks for improvement, all you get is a warning not to fail. The pay is good but the work life balance is way too bad. I have had my share of health issues due to heavy workload and long working hours. I am even planning to quit my job.

I like the exposure that we get in handling clients and the diverse tools that we get to upskill ourselves due to the wide variety of clients.

The company policies are probably at the negative end for the employees. The HR team as usual will threaten you in case of questions and are probably the worst of all. They keep on changing and reducing the benefits provided to employees.

No work-life balance. No empathy towards the freshers by the senior rankers, and heck lot of favouritism. Foremost, no seriousness about the promises they make during induction "Empathy, Care, Respect, blah blah". It's nowhere like that.
