Excellently managed company - The performance of employees are directly assessed by the group MD and the Chairman (Owner of the group). There is no HR guy to play gimmicks in between.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

There are few unprofessional employees - who survive since the entity is lenient and does not believe in termination.

Work Details

Heading Finance for a manufacturing entity in Nigeria is very challenging - more so, when most raw materials are imported and finished goods are sold locally - The country has enormous forex risk - Financial management is focused towards complex hedging.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
