Proprietor are well mannered. The previous culture were good a long ago. Culture was also fair enough

Dislikes

The heigher management treats the subordinate staffs like their own servants. The authority isn't bothered about that also after knowing everything

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
