The management takes good care of its employees. Promotion and Increment are purely based upon your work, and not on some office politics. Team outing, annual sports event, annual party, annual talent hunt are few of the initiatives taken by the company in the recent times. This has helped employees to mingle with other department person

All top boss or management are working as a employee and emphasis their department or their work. As a result ownership of the employee decreased and all desition are struck at management. Empowerment, work deligation is required to work efficiently and efficiency of work to be enhanced.
