The management takes good care of its employees. Promotion and Increment are purely based upon your work, and not on some office politics. Team outing, annual sports event, annual party, annual talent hunt are few of the initiatives taken by the company in the recent times. This has helped employees to mingle with other department person

Salary timing is good.

Dislikes

Except salary timing nothing is good in the company, less educated people will try to dominate you if you are better than them. Planning department in head office is horrible except few person. If you provide extra effort to prove them wrong they will bully you in another way.
