Nothing is likeable here, The CEO & WTD of this company made my life hell during my pregnancy, he alongwith some insensitive employees of the company, who are working here for more that 5 years tortured me mentally and made me to do up and down through stairs atleast 20 times a day, so that i do not claim my maternity benefit and give resignation just before the day i was about to go for maternity leave. and i further got to know that same thing happened with another female employee, who was working here before me. The management of this company is such that they even hide the magzine/newspaper to deduct 25 rs. of the newspaperprovider and they reduce fixed cost of the company to curtail cost. there is no increment in this company, you will be fired if u ask for increment....Read More

Being from retail Background today there are very few competition so I m forced to work in Reliance to earn my living.

Dislikes

Frequent policy changes...They think SLP TEAM as eye of company and All employees are thieves...They leave shoplifter burden store managers with all the shrink and losses. Even loss prevention team blames to the operation team mere Ridiculous with contradict policy...They jump to new projects without proper pros and cons..and blame to team management.
