I was working with another company and Prudential plc was client and after working for 3 months I have been asked to join Prudential. Since Prudential is a good client so my ,manager agreed and asked me to join Prudential. I was also happy as there will be job security and perks. However the moment I join the per named as Glenn B Bayne started blaming for everything and then after 6months he didn't confirm me in the organisation. There is no HR even if I went through lot of mental trauma, no one listened to me. It's a manager oriented organization
