There is a long list of dislikes - Firstly, company is a LALA type company wherein person at the top level decide even sitting arrangement, leave of junior-most employee and everything possible. Secondly, there is no personal life, you have to slog out minimum 12 hours everyday with 06 days working Thirdly, there is no leave you get even till one year of joining, if you take your salary stand deducted as leave without pay Fourthly, management take rash decisions even in business and there is no future of organisation, monetary its not growing and employees appraisals are peanuts....Read More
