Role Overview:

- This role is essential in driving accurate revenue management, ensuring compliance with taxation laws, and providing actionable insights through meticulous data analysis and reporting.

- The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial processes and optimizing revenue generation strategies for warehousing and freight operations.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Accounting and Billing for Warehousing and Freight Clients:

- Analyze client contracts (warehousing, freight & SaaS), shipment records, and pricing structures to calculate client revenue accurately.

- Ensure the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of revenue reporting.

E-Invoice Generation:

- Generate e-invoices in compliance with applicable regulations and client-specific requirements.

Revenue Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze revenue trends, client performance, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for optimization.

- Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations to improve revenue processes and plug leakages.

- Management Information Systems (MIS) Preparation.

- Develop and maintain systems to monitor and report on key revenue KPIs.

- Provide regular updates and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.

Audit Support:

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and explanations for revenue-related processes.

- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of experience in revenue assurance, accounting, or finance.

- Proficiency in Zoho software for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.

- Capability to process and synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
