There is no recognition and appreciation for those who are working hard and performing extra ordinarily. The company has bad politics and people here are very insecure. I highly doubt the capabilities of the HR and even the Management. They gave away awards to those who did not even work for a year and are pathetic with their roles including the HR. Just the every department is not equal some dept have 5 days working some don’t they need to keep this equal as a whole office second if its a corporate just provide everyone with the same things laptops not computers

Very nice place for those who wants to learn new things /Most of team Managers are very good, understanding and supportive

Dislikes

Company culture is not upto the mark, you will be disappointed if you fond of celebrating festivals in office, you leaves will be approved easily but you'll get 1 leave per month only with many restrictions( HR Policies), even you can't take your 2weeks off together, which many companies offer

Highly recommendable ! If anyone looking for experience and learning, this is the company you should join UK shift timings are best and fixed as always.. Generally two shifts which are fixed almost, so easily manage personal life along with professional one. Very flexible about breaks, 1 hour of break is Enough in 9 hour shift.
