If I would have been from Bihar, then I should have mentioned good things about the company.

Dislikes

1. The owner is from Bihar and he's more inclined to people from his hometown. 2. Favouritism is very much there, you will be treated very badly if you don't like to flatter the boss. 3. HR management policy is very bad, they will keep an eye on your actions and everything you do. You will feel as if you are working in a school. 4. HR behave like they are wives to their boss and take very privilege just by being with him, one was them was Simran Imlani 5.
