During interview the company can appear extremely appealing. Do not fall for it. No growth, company is run by directors and not by HRs. HRs don't have any say on anything. Worst management, worst work culture, running family business in the name of a company where disrespect is fully tolerated by the management. No remedial measures will be taken in case of misbehaviour / personal attacks. Zero knowledge of running a bpo. Would not recommend at all
