It's a consultancy so if you have project then you are safe and you will get money apart from salary. They force to employees to get less per DA money. And flight cost insurance cost. Etc. They don't care if you are outside the country without travel insurance

Manager ask to use cheap unsecured flight. Asked why you required travel insurance when you are outside the country.

No collaborative work between multiple consulting services offered. Lack of proper management and work life balance. The managers are not well trained and not from consulting background which makes it difficult for them to allocate work effectively and get the projects closed on time. There is a bit lack in Skill developement and guiding for further hights in professional growth. It is happening but its not reaching to the every employee.
