I have been working remotely since the inception of the company in the year 2012 as remote employee that was unusual and become common working pattern in the covid era. The co-founders Alex and Alvin D'Souza played an instrumental role in boosting my digital marketing skills especially selling Saas products to B2B clients. Work Details

I started working as remote employee for PROTECTOR.BRO which was unusual for many people back then but now it has become a usual working pattern during the covid outbreak.. Intially it was tough to handle the team and measureing the progress remotely ..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
