the job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning but I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

They give education for what they charge a hefty amount,and call it a philanthropic work done by them.

Dislikes

Basically they generate revenue by either training or charging a amount from some company for providing project management services,the employee placed there gets only a smaller bit of that generated revenue & As soon as they couldn't find a way to generate revenue from placing you in some client company, they'll try to kickoff you out of company giving all irrelevant reasons. Nepotism,favourism is very much prevalent here. You will get good treatment if you are relatives of owner/CEO or their friends. No matter what you do for company's name, they'll dump you as soon as you are not a high revenue generation machine for them....Read More

Working at client locations regarding project management &controls support. Working at HO for all the works related to project controls/planning/costing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Protecon have provide us work from home facilities, during this period, and also have credited full salary irrespective of what days we were absent, before lockdown in last month.

Dislikes

To be honest, there is nothing, to which i reward dislike to protecon.

I’m working as Planning Engineer here, in more detail, i assist my lead planner in preparing level-1 schedule, defining and scheduling activities on primavera, project performance progress registers, DPR, WPR and MPRs,
