The team mate was amazing. The only thing good in Prometric Testing Pvt Ltd (for developement) is that you can have good colleagues.

Dislikes

Job security is not there, very less increment (better to ask for a good hike while gettimg recruited) and worst of all the MANAGEMENT is not good.

Untrustworthy management. Those sitting in Gurgaon and have spent more than 15-20 years in the organisation don’t wish to take the company ahead and are just sitting and ensuring their salaries are credited. Majority of clients have taken their business to competitors. Their biggest client ETS is also extremely unhappy. Virtually nosupport extended to frontline staff. HR is a joke. Only those who are 10th-12th fail can get jobs here and will be protected and given timely salaries and bonuses.
