This one is my 6th company as profession and i can clearly say that the best one as well. I have learned so much by the owner itself. The work environment is so friendly. There is no time restrictions like you have to complete 8 hrs in a day. Quarterly office parties organised by seniors and owners itself. BEST PART IS TIMELY SALARY. Second Best part is UNSAID/UNEXPECTED appraisals. Open and Vocal environment across the team members and management. Toxic work environment. Too much work pressure. No management at all. No timely salary. Deductions in salary without any reason. No HR policies. they don't even provide joining letter or leaving letter. You always have to work overtime because they give every task to u on urgent basis and wanted it whether u have to go home. Co founder is so unprofessional doesn't know how to behave with employees. Bad language in front of everyone. Pressing you again and again. Giving all their work to just one person and then pressure them that much that they loss their control and leaves the organisation.
