The kind of learning I have got here is tremendous and the connection building is really strong with the clients we handle; there is so much to learn and grow with a very good pay structure.

Dislikes

So far I have not felt anything that I dislike; everyday it's like a new learning and challenges to accomplish. Initially we may feel that we won't be able to handle certain things; but when there is a support here; it's easy to overcome such scenarios.

Worst company ever seen in my life, they hire you for clients and they will terminate you or release you whenever they want. There is no job security here.

Nothing just its a mediator between employees and contractor company

Everything is manual, Daily time sheet sharing process over email , No portal to check leave balance, everytime need to connect with HR Salary comes between 1 to 5 of month after getting approval of timesheet from client.

As compared to start-ups it is good place to work.

Dislikes

No Portal to facilitate any employee related things like onboarding, Attandance and leave, HR queries, Resignation. It will reduce all manual process and it is very strange that this size of company doesn't have any portal and all.
