The PSAU is a young university. I am part of the research, teaching and development team. The university encouraged research work due to which about 50 publications are made. We have cosmopolitan teaching fleet and appreciate the each flair of culture. The university has its policy in its hiring of employees.

Dislikes

I have enjoyed as apart of the staff and I am thankful to the authorities for providing me congenial work atmosphere and work freedom. I have been honored as the senior professor of the department and junior staff is being head of the department is some times discouraging

Work Details

Teaching the mediocre students with poor language and communication skills seems to be tough task. I have always adore to the presentation of subject in English and try to encourage the students to develop strong communication skills

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
