There is a guy name Anup working there. He is hell as a person. He hire and fire people for his job security. He dont want someone skilled. CEO is puppet, he knows everything but he is incapable of making changes. Worst place and people to work

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
