Nothing. In one line they will treat you as school children, rather that employees.

Dislikes

Won't get salary on time. They'll make you do work that is not specific to your role. You can't reach out to anyone if you have any issue. They take everything on their ego. Specifically the CEO. They won't treat you like employees. They won't give you what is promised. If you still plan on joining, better get every minor detail in writing.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
