Simply there is nothing to like about this company. only if you are a fresher then you have a chance to know about automation industry, that's it. Each and every automation company in Kolkata has better opportunity than this one. They will pay less, with extended working hours. increament 500-1000 rs maximum. That's it.

Dislikes

The CEO Soma C. And MD Abhirup both have very limited technical knowledge but good talker. Be aware of that. Do not go with any promises they make without any documents. They plays with the new comers and freshers with fake promises. Even they have a very poor reputation to most of their customers.

Nothing such except delayed salary date but it always done before 20 th of each month, never it gets delays after that, good annual bonus, minimum 20% and more regular yearly increments .
