The company works on the cutting edge developments in the field and is comprised of highly competent people. Thus it has been a good experience learning, collaborating and contributing.

Dislikes

The location is a bit far specially if you come from Delhi.

Everything is open secret, you know it but can not talk. the workers working hard to make it survive over the years. Good team but bad managers.

Dislikes

The work environment is no where, no culture, no ethics, polices on paper. Hire and fire culture, Boss way or door way. The company run by crooks not by example. do not expect anything for the hard work somebody else will take claim for it. Its only for parasites to grow along with some poor souls.

Work Details

Hectic, anytime meeting, always emergency situation. can get a call even at midnight or at your vacation. everyday will get warned for firing from the company.

Provides an opportunity to every applicant due to high attrition rate.

Dislikes

bad work life balance. Improbable expectations from top management.

Work Details

Work required a bare minimum skill set. No independent thinking encouraged. Just do what you are asked to do. No work life balance. Unnecessary calls late nights and weekends. Bootlickers promoted. Shameless blaming. Working weekends mandatory.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
