Company is not a MNC but local office you get to earn and also located in Siruseri, Navalur area. Lots of bus facility is there and company provide vans also there. So easy for transportation. Office time is not very strickt but time they are noting. Joining pay is good but later it will not be that way. PF and Medical Insurance is thee. Managers will not treat you well but if you can live by negotiating....Read More

Dislikes

Appraisal is not good at all very low rate only get even if you perform well. Managers will take selected native language speakers more benefits. Food facility is totally not there if you come office. Many stickers are they post but reality is not that so avoid accessing some of the paths. Even it is officially Monday to Friday working day but you have to work on holidays indirectly

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
