Predesk is a small company growing with a good pace. I am one of the decision makers involved in all major decisions needed for the betterment of company. We work like a family and everyone working here is considered a CEO of of their own expertise. Lot of learning is there and one can reach to the next level easily if performance is upto the mark. Open door policy is there.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
