Every parameter on which we can evaluate a company, Precomp tools score full marks. Compensation and bonus are on moderate side but capital expansion is going on and all will follow.

Dislikes

Training could be more formal.

It was a pleasant working with prcomp tools. Precomp is in a manufacturing of cutting tools and the work experience was good. The working skills were developed and growth was satisfactory. Management is keen to develop multy tasking and the authorities were given to individuals. The work scope was a limited one and the skill developments were at a certain limits.

Dislikes

Less emphasis on celebrations and activity.
