As a manager we talk about management for market related problem but management never reply with this company hold the salary and expenses without any reason and told the problem why it's being on hold.

Seniors and colleagues are very supportive, and the environment is healthy. There is no harassment regarding anything. HR Manager is very supportive and practical and understand your concern if you express and share the matter with him.

They are not aware of agriculture techniques they just use peoples .They use bad language to employees. They show they are big organisation but they are only little organisation which didn't welcome new techniques. There are no appraisal give to employees. They are bad company with bad management at all.
