Bhot ghatiya politics hoti hain. Ek manager(Sunil kumar Pandey) h jiski kisi se koi work se related koi argument ho jaye to wo apna badla leta hain. Uske against management se jakar chugli karta hain aur us employees ko job se suddenly bahar kra deta hain. Sunil kumar pandey ek number ka gatiyan insan h bs management se chugli kartahain usko koi kaam nhi aata h. Agar kbhi work se related Kuch question kar lo to sabse pahle YouTube se method dekhta h phir aakar explain karta hain. Maine life aisa manager nhi dekha bhot gatiya manager h bs politics karke jo bhi purane employee h unko job se bahar kra deta hain. Aur jo uske previous company ke colleagues hain jinko wo khud interview lekar join kra rahan hain. Unko Qc ka A (testing) bhi nhi pta h pure din PC me online game khelte hain. Aur purani reports dekh kar result chaap dete h aise employee ki performance poor nhi hain because wo sunil pandey ki hiring hain. But Jo apna 100 % work performance dete hain. Unki performance poor hain because unki Sunil pandey se bahas hui hain. Meri Sunil se first time kisi kaam ko lekar bahas hui thi because usne loose talking ki thi mujhe testing nahin aati hain. Jiske baad meri sunil se bahas ho gyi thi jiske baad se wo mujhse badla lena start kar diya. Manager label par hone ke baad jhut bhot jyada bolta tha kbhi bhi koi work allot karke piche hat jata tha ki Maine to ye bola hi nahin tha karne ko aur management se jakar jhut bol deta tha ki Maine to ye kaam bola nhi tha mera order nahin manti hain. 4 months me 6 times mera work rotation kiya mujhe paresan Karne ke liye but main work se related kbhi reply nahin karti thi because 8 hours to kaam hi karna hain. wo janbujh kar aisa kuch karta tha taki main usse bahas karun. mujhe lagta tha time ke sath sab thik jo jayega but ye meri mistake thi because wo apna badla leta tha. Mujhe personal comment bhi pass karta hain. Isliye main usko reply bhi kar deti thi. Jise wo phone me record bhi karta tha. Mujhe pta tha ki wo mujhe cabin me bula kar comment pass karta tha taki main reply karun aur wo phone me record karke mere against management ko jakar Mera point highlights kar sake kyuki mujhe company se bahar jo karna tha. Puri planning plotting karta tha, taki main kuch reply karu to Sunil ko proof mil jaye aur wo meri management se complaints kar sake. End off day uski politics kaam kar gyi aur usne mujhe company se bahar kra kar apna ego satisfied kiya. Aur uski help management ne ki jab ki unhe pta tha ki galti sunil pandey ki h phir bhi usi ka support kiya gya. Because sunil pandey meri har baat par complain karta tha jahan meri koi mistake nahin hoti thi us point ko highlight karta tha.
