My teammates were good,but there is this girl named FLAVIA AMOLIK whi calls herself the CEO of the company and her management is total fcukall.There has been instances where the employees were not paid and the company is itself is a total fraud.I requeat all the people to be aware of this kind of frauds.She is going to open a new company named EXODUS in hadapsar,so please dont go there

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
