●School is in rural area so you can enjoy the nature.
●Competition is less and you're likely to enjoy your comfort zone.
●Accommodation for non locals will be provided. Self cook.
●School is provided with modern amenities.
●Children are loving and kind.
●Science teacher from Bangalore was the best. She was professional had a good sense of responsibility and brought many initiatives like zumba, good accent English, best knowledge giver. She also handled geography. But she left due to unknown reasons....Read More

●7 days of work (Yes, including sundays for lame works like decorations bcoz this school takes every event seriously, wonder why?)
●Mon to Sat is full day (8:45am to 5pm)
●You're dead if there's a chief guest. You'll be going by 6pm or 6:30pm. And a whatsapp message is forwarded at the very last moment to the parents that your ward will be coming home late.
●The competition is so less, you'll be drowned in your own comfort zone and learn nothing new plus your own skills go down.
●Teachers mostly are villagers and have no exposure to new methodologies but are interested in personal lives.
●Few teachers especially the high school physics teacher is so much inspired by instagram, he literally acts cringe most of the times.
●You'll enjoy the locality for first few days but later life becomes boredom. There's no swiggy, zepto, zomato. Even if available they ask you to cancel the order and they get you at their hotel prices by themselves.
●No public transportation to the school, school bus is the only means.
●Parents hate New modern methodologies for lessons. They expect traditional way of teaching and at times become fussy.
●Students in certain matters are way too beyond and reflects negatively.
●Assembly is always a ruckus, no proper line formations no proper dispersal.
●Frequent trainings (which they call teacher training is actually more of counseling sessions and leaves totally disappointed and irritated that you learnt nothing new as a teacher), even on Sundays.
●Teachers lack their own subject knowledge.
●In the name of teacher training, a low budget coach comes and talks everything except for the actual teacher training. 2 sessions are taken, danced for 30 mins, played for 2 hours with poor mental skills, often confusing and they leave you by 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Plus you report on Monday.
●Teachers appointed are of low caliber, especially the 9th Class teacher (Also English teacher) from Kerala. No proper knowledge of english, no sense of handling the classes, very poor performance. Shame for a teacher and a total disappointment....Read More
