It is a great organisation with idealistic views about development and strong employee friendly work culture. Regular meetings at team, DC and Central level are a great way to boost morale. The most rewarding thing about working in PRADAN is the true understanding of rural life, of development and particularly tribal lifestyle.

Dislikes

It is difficult to be working in a rural location and sometimes team environment can be toxic. It's also very challenging to travel long distances on two wheelers. Some days can be really demotivating because development is a slow process and often unsuccessful, it takes particular perseverance to get up again the next morning after a difficult day.

Work Details

Work is exciting initially but as you get pulled in deeper it gets more and more hectic and tiring. However there is a huge amount of learning possible in this field and the organisation helps you at every step to grow and become more than you are.

That was one full year of life changing experience including new learning ground, able to finalize the carrier and got association of excellent colleague n support of a truly professional organization.

Team always demotivates you. Also the principles they have laid is just a show off. They leave no stones unturned to damage the self worth of a person. They seem to work for women empowerment but thier brains need to be empowered first. They have a small levelled thinking. Nothing can be learnt from team as they are most busy in poking nose into other peoples lives than doing thier own work.

Everything I dislike. Theres no such thing which I like.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
