Time management is superb, No extra works on weekends, so we can enjoy the weekends. If any production issues, then only we need to work, but we can take compensation for the extra works. The company is ready to adopt latest technology and releasing products with high quality. They listen to employees and do whatever needed. We can get performance based appraisals with satisfication.

Friendly environment with co-workers. Its a good platform for freshers to learn. Every special occasion they conduct programs like skit, interesting games and prize distributions to the best performers. Every half year they select the employee and give the best performer award.

Dislikes

Career growth is very less. They make some delay to give the important documents after we relieved from the company. Sometimes they won't give(Example- payslip which is most important to join to the next company). Even though we work hard and send our daily status report to the management and team leader, the time of appraisal they give the feedback of "we can't see your growth" which makes our entire input to that company is zero...Read More
