Working in PGCIL is like a dream for electrical engineer but as an Apprentice trainne i was there for 1 year only , u will learn a lot depend on ur reporting officer as a part of my training i was sent to bina s/s which is also known as mecca for electrical engineer .As a welfare measures they have provided stipined of approx 50 days during covid for candidates who are stuck in workstation area.

I didit find any cons Everyone is very polite nice and best part is they treat apprentice like students so they teaches you. As i was not permanent employee so i was away from politics but i didt find any of these.

Work Details

In starting they gave 2 week orientation training where stay food was free and on work you are assisted by seniors so no issue for apprentice.
