Very bad company,work cultural not good,very sad company management,no policies,no timely fooding no company management very bad.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! Struggle a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
