I have joined in Positive life sciences company on June 2020 as a Tele caller executive. I have been working for 1.5 years and receiving salary after deduction of PF amounts. I have resigned recently and they told me that I will be getting the last month salary in 45 days. After 45 days their tone got changed and they said we will not pay your salary & do whatever you want. And moreover recently I came to know that the the company is not paying the PF amounts to employees but the employees are getting deductions in each month salary for their PF amount. I have started a struggling career to grow in life but these kind of companies and their behaviours fires me up to make a change in the circumstances. I have lost around 35k INR (18k as salery and 17k as PF amount). It was not only happened for me. Later it was happened even to my colleagues. Everyone is in different and difficult situations. These kind of scammers to be punished for how they are operating in the market. Survival becomes difficult for common humans when these kind of people's and companies grow.
