This company is a finance company,and now i am working at this company for the experience and also get a new job at best company .another point is that my colleagues com from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration and also like the employee re-hire policy here.

in this company the teammates are wonderful corporation .sometimes i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend customer calls in the evening.but the compensation is not decent but growth is not slow .and work pressure is high.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
