Your work life balance is zero, you don't get leave even in emergency conditions, if you get management wants you to be working online wherever you are. When it comes to salary and incentives they cheat people and change salary structure anytime in between without any prior information only circular is being forwarded. You need to be a go getter, seniors snatch system leads , will not give you credit for your work. Be prepared to be cursed for whatever going wrong. It's your responsibility not management's fault.
