We work with team with full energy and support their selves. We adopts latest technology day by day. I like most in Magma to work with team work. Every one stand to support each other and solve their problem on his first priority.

Compensation problem. Work pressure. At the time of closing we have to work after 6 pm and no O.T has been given against this over time.

My work is to make calls to the customers to convinced pay their emi on time. This is most challenging to convinced over telephone. Some time we have to listen hard words by the customers. A part of this we have to Call them continue.
