Growth is slow, i have to attend customer calls late into the evening despite it is. Not in my KRA ,no job training for freshers

My work is challenging as I have responsibility of branch business In my segment , currently handling a team of 10-12 sales guys which becomes challenging sometimes to handle them at a time . As a credit source I have to travel in whole Delhi NCR

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
