The only reason i work for this company almost 1 years Salary and incentive are good(but utne paise ke he apko stress ke medicine). They provide lead and travel allowance 150 per customer

Mai Fied health team mai hu apko har time track karte hai. Jis din v apki policy nahi huye apko 6:30 to 9 pm tak video call par baitha kar rakhe hai or bolte hai ke ghar mat jana. No public holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. Holi, Diwali and rakshabandhan par maine kam kiya no double salary free main kam karo bus. 9am video call se kam shuru ho kar 9pm (in winter)par kam khatam hota hai. If you are placed in a tier 1 and tier 2 city, you can survive in this company else please avoid this opportunity at any cost.

The company does not allow you to take leave, even during Diwali or other government holidays. You can't even take Sundays off; both Saturday and Sunday require you to work. You can take one day off during the week (only from Monday to Friday), but even on that day, your manager will continually call and annoy you. Relationship managers in Tier 1 and Tier 4 cities have the same sales targets, regardless of the tier of the city. If you are placed in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 city, you might be able to manage, but surviving in a Tier 3 or Tier 4 city is quite challenging. The company does not provide any support materials, such as pamphlets or brochures; they simply demand sales every single day. Additionally, there is no physical office, which creates a feeling of living at work and only visiting home occasionally. also you keep on visiting customers If your city is below tier 3, avoid joining this company as a relationship manager; there is no growth opportunity here for you. Yes, they do provide some leads, but 95% of them are just dummy leads that won't lead anywhere. Even if a customer is 100 km away, you are still required to visit them.
