Work culture is very sufisticated, so much pressure and no time fixed for daily day end. My shift is of 10Am-7PM, but the asks reporting time of 9:45AM, and does not allow to go at 7PM, they never leaves before 7:30 and many of times they hold upto 8:30PM alos. Work culture is not good but job security is 100%, incentive is great

I worked as sales executive in policybazaar.com . I spend my 2.5 yr in this company . i am writing this review to help others, In this company you will not able to breath , there is no public holiday and no leaves (eg. holi, diwali, republic day , independence day. etc) any type of holiday is not given in this company . Mai Fied health team mai hu apko har time track karte hai. Jis din v apki policy nahi huye apko 6:30 to 9 pm tak video call par baitha kar rakhe hai or bolte hai ke ghar mat jana. No public holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. It is very tedious to work in POLICYBAZAAR especially when you are living in Delhi. It has strict 6 days work policy and 9 hours working. Additionally, the sanitation department is a big concern which hasn’t alarmed the organisation until now.
