There work culture is worst there is no work life balance and people dont know how to talk to their subordinates they are treating people like a machine . Even the words which they used is terrible for the ears sometime and the work is also monotonous so no chance for learning

Company is very caring about their employees where company in sales go for hire and fire , policy bazaar will go to extreme end to support you if you have caliber irrespective of sales .

Only disadvantages is work life balance but in end you have to do compromise if you want to reach somewhere in your life.
