Guys if u r fresher or not getting job or if u want to take risk to survive then join policy bazaar because all executive or senior executive role its totally🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️bcz TL want only sales they dnt think about customers condition. U have seen that many claim has been rejected due to incomplete information, many times once u purchased insurance then they dnt issue policy bond Many times when customer read document and observe that plenty information has written wrong then whnevr he/she requested for refund they tell that we forward your complain you will get refund but never get easily 2nd thing many executive employees are fed up with their TL and managers because they tortured them very badly even in case any health or family issue in very critical condition they don't permit for leave instead of this they force them to resign See if TL is good then executive employees will happy with their work but most of the TL are worse and TL have also power to fight with managers. One good thing that no cold calling whatevr no display we call them, I worked for 3 years in maxlife insurance and i was interest to apply for TL but on papers i have no experience for TL thats y HR name Himanshi Verma who said that u can apply for senior executive role and after telphonic she put me in health insurance though i have experience in life insurance but she keep on aftering me to gv face to face intrvw alrdy hv experience in insurance line bla bla bla but finally after seeing all this review i hv not come bcz executive have no power even to fight with their TL in case doing neta giri also 4th thing bymistake i insert no then your team keep on calling me though i have denied and there were 3 guys when i asked Q in life insurance instead of term plan do you sell other type of life insurance product that person said yes health motor insurance also he couldnt undstnd my Q ehat i was asking this shows that no proper training also. See i knw abt term plan very well when i will start asking Q then 70% TL can express my all answers why because they consider only sales Few days back I talked with vikas gupta to said stop calling me Im not interested then he said that policybazar one of the best company in India when i said are many people fool wrote made videos and posted about that policy bazar do fake commitment then vikas gupta replied those who do this they are less educated🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣10log jhut bole then undstnd but million people will not say lie Here person name Suman Kumari1 who dnt know how to talk with customers and ise bna dia HR recruiter🤣🤣.
