I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days....Read More

Same as I wrote in like... Also they are forcing employees to come at 9:45am and if they need extra manpower in the evening so they are not allowing people to go home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. Timing issue they want employee to come office at 9:45 and 15days at 9:15 to 9:30 but when u want to go they dont allow you to go they always want employees to stretch to 8 pm i am doing 12 to 13 hour job on regular basis 2. Leave issue :whenever you want leave they think i am doing some crime and it irritates me I have 24 leaves in my bucket but they dont allow me to take even one leave

Incentives are quite good in initial phase of your job when you become tenure then you'll face clawbacks.

Work-life balance is zero , work pressure is alot, lack of quality leaders, if you hadn't given business for 2,3 days then your life we'll be become hell. Lot's of obligations you may face, there are so much mental pressure, if you are addict to handle a bunch of pressure then you're welcome. Nothing as call centre.

I only like one person or thing that is my own manager as he take care that we won't get too much frustrated from this job. But sometimes he can't do much as there superior won't let him do it. as we studied in school that one good Apple can't make other apple good, but one bad apple can make other good apples bad. Rest you can understand.

There is not only one thing that I dislike about PB, but I will mention soke major points only. No work life balance, The AVP named kushagra ghai will come to you at 7.15 pm when you are planning to go home after completing your shift to tell you can't leave before 9 pm. Seriously if you don't have your personal life you won't let others to enjoy there. Deducting your incentive and salaries after doing all hard work they are again ready to squeeze your earnings drop by drop. The company pays good incentives if we’ll work accordingly so for hard working people this is the best place to work and earn.

There is no leave on festivals, Work life balance is not good as the shift timing exceeds always. Shift timing is 10-7 but we mostly leave the office by 8-8:30 even some time 9PM. For leaves we have to struggle a lot the management is giving us the leaves which we can see on our system as well but we can’t apply as per our requirement.
