Managers here will push you to your full potential and when you'll look back you'll find out you've make yourself better than before. For freshers, Policybazaar would be a good choice.

Dislikes

According to me, the work culture is worst thing here, you have to work post your working hours but it will not happen once or twice in a week but for the whole month, whole year. Managers are also so toxic here or maybe I've met these kinds of only. I won't suggest a experienced person to go there until and unless you're on a senior position.

There is nothing to like policybazaar because they hired stupid and illiterate managers who have not any manners and etiquette to deal with a employee and their HR are also like the puppets of management. I saw many times that if any employee who is not their slave and went for sick leave . After providing all medical documents they terminate the employee.

They have not any kind of management. I think government should close this company because they are running a very bad call centre. They have the Mafia manager who doesn't have knowledge and etiquette. They are just become manager by buttering. No personal life . If you want to destroy your calm them you can join policybazaar. Very hectic environment and timing 9:30 am to 9 pm. They dont have customers base you need to call every random person who visit on pb website and mandatory 2 bookings daily and no leave for medical problems. Your personal life end in this company.

This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

The only reason i work for this company almost 1 years Salary and incentive are good(but utne paise ke he apko stress ke medicine). They provide lead and travel allowance 150 per customer

Mai Fied health team mai hu apko har time track karte hai. Jis din v apki policy nahi huye apko 6:30 to 9 pm tak video call par baitha kar rakhe hai or bolte hai ke ghar mat jana. No public holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. Holi, Diwali and rakshabandhan par maine kam kiya no double salary free main kam karo bus. 9am video call se kam shuru ho kar 9pm (in winter)par kam khatam hota hai. If an individual wants to earn more money in less time then Policy Bazaar is the right place to work.

Policy Bazaar as a company has a lot of values and ethics and policies in place but none of them are followed. HR department does not exist in this company. No ethics are followed, for people coming from different work environment this place is not fit to work, as biasness towards people who do bhajans and reporters are treated like there personal workers.
