I was working as WFH in my Tenure, All was well and Decent hike like 9% in a year as its a Service Provider in Gaming as QA. My 9% with putting all my work in like 100% was same as other Senior Testers putting in 10% of their effort so kinda feels bad in that way but i wanted to grow so i did my best. Team was good untill a guy ruined it for all and changed wfh scenario to WFO for everyone. They have good clients untill i was there and if any clients just leave you'll be on bench till other project has req and gets you in but thats like rare as in my 1.4 years it happened with only 1 team. Project Managers are okay, no special request are considered in any cases like Wfo was forces as even people who live far away in North India were either forced to Leave or Join here without any assistance. Once while doing wfh we as in Me too was asked to Myself finance a Laptop exchange from office trip we literally has to spend 20k as it was said to be urgent and important if we wont do they'll take some actions so everyone in team had to go to office just for exchanging their old laptops to new with their own money. HR and IT are good. Same about the Talent Acquisition team. I haven't been in the WfO setup here so i wont be commenting on that....Read More
