Curriculum, worksheet, papers and other activities are already designed by PIS team so our only job was to execute them. It gives a lot of befits to teachers which are absent in other private schools. Salary was always on time with no delay.

Work-life balance was off. Other than teaching there was a lot of work.

Their appraisal is very weak. Appraisals depends upon principal. Principal give appraisal to his favourite ones not to top performing. You need stay in school even after students leave. Principal fireout for silly reasons. Salary issue due to principal.

Long working hours, no personal life as carrying work at home is a common part of the job. Lot of pressure of performance otherwise you'll not get appraisal. No tea or breakfast or free lunch to the staff though they are working for long 8 hours.

We don't have so much work load and pressure here like other schools, I feel very blessed that i got my first job experience in this school.

Dislikes

I don't have dislike but i want to give suggestion about the development of architecture of school and also some new and innovative ideas for the growth of this school, like without complete and good architecture school will not grow properly and they need to care about with the faculty like same as students.

Baised leaders as teachers who are working only works and near & dear one's enjoys alot, poor work life balance, unrealistic expectations on achieving podar goal which is minimum 60% despite of level of the students as there is no screening. No support any team. I don't like any of work in podar. Not safe for our life . Only torched teachers from principal. Not listen management to our teachers.

I was 5 years work in podar. Very hard work doing that time But i was ill sick that time principal can't co-opreate me. Whom can complain that man. So, I dipraced. So leave that job. Overall that hard work duties I can't any of Feedback. 😔
